MEET SARA
I’ve been through it as a patient with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. I saw the demands and the deep compassion of providers— from oncologists to physical therapists, from lymphedema specialists to my beloved nurses and mental health providers. I was deeply cared for during the scariest time in my life.
Before opening my yoga studio and school, I worked for Community Health and Behavioral Health Centers designing, writing, and overseeing implementation of federal grant funded programs designed to support the health and wellness of specific populations with few resources.
Like those projects, this program is tailored specifically to health care providers who are burned out and need a structured approach and evidence-based tools to getting back to who they are.
