From Burnout to Balance: Sara's Story
It started with a pattern I couldn't ignore.
As a business owner focused on wellbeing, I was often teaching brilliant, dedicated women—physicians, nurses, PAs, and therapists who were quietly falling apart. Despite their expertise in healing others, they were struggling to sustain themselves.
